Diana is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She teaches a variety of HIIT classes, Muscle, and Barre, and loves being very active in Crossfit and outdoor activities, like hiking and biking. Diana has a passion for strength training, functional movement, and postural stabilization. Her specialty is training bodies how to move properly to prevent injuries, work on bringing bodies back to alignment, and helping all fitness levels reach their personal goals in an engaging but safe manner.
